Job summary

Union Depot is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for carpentry, painting, event setup and takedowns, and minor electrical and plumbing work. The role requires keeping all building property well maintained, moving furniture, and arranging equipment as needed.

You will perform frequent inspections, report faults through proper procedures, and ensure safe, economical use of tools and cleaning materials.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance tasks including carpentry, painting, and minor repairs.
• Ability to perform event setup and takedown.
• Familiarity with basic electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Ability to move furniture and arrange equipment as needed.
