Job summary

WMFHA is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Bensenville, IL to keep equipment and facilities running safely and reliably. This hands-on role offers opportunities to troubleshoot, fix problems, and own projects from start to finish.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment and facility systems.
Coordinate with purchasing personnel to obtain required tools, supplies, parts, and materials; may handle expedited purchases.
Perform facility repairs, installations, construction-related work, and general maintenance as needed.
Maintain an organized inventory of maintenance supplies, parts, and tools.
Complete routine maintenance tasks and standard work assignments per procedures.
Assist with maintenance-related projects and other duties as assigned.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
