Job summary

WMFHA is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to perform expert break-fix and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment. You will identify parts, source supplies, and optimize procedures in collaboration with planners while ensuring safety and 5S standards.

The role requires strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and fluid power systems, proficiency with tools, and ability to work independently or lead CI initiatives. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; technical associate degree preferred.
• 5–7 years in specific industry or equivalent experience.
• Experience with predictive technologies, precision alignments, and maintenance of process equipment.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, fluid power, and control systems.
• Ability to use basic and specialized tools; may include welding.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform break-fix and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Identify and source parts; evaluate cost/reliability options.
• Operate milling tools and welding tasks as needed.
• Lead CI activities and assist training.
• Update CMMS records and analyze data.
• Follow safety policies and 5S housekeeping.
