FirstService Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician Associate to support operations at our properties in Florida. You will help keep mechanical systems, electrical, plumbing, and common areas well-maintained and safe, with a focus on reliability and guest comfort.
You will perform routine inspections, execute repairs in carpentry, drywall, HVAC, painting, and more while following safety procedures. The role is full-time with comprehensive benefits and weekend hours as needed.

As a full-time non-exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, vision. In addition, you will be eligible for time off benefits, paid holidays and a 401k with company match. Occasional travel may be required to attend training and other company functions.
Compensation: $23.00-$24.00 an hour
