SPM, LLC – St. Mary’s Court Apartments is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the property, troubleshoot HVAC and related systems, and complete service requests promptly. The role emphasizes quality workmanship, resident satisfaction, and collaboration with a team across on-site operations.

You will contribute to preventive maintenance, curb appeal, and safe, comfortable living spaces. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 pounds are required or strongly preferred; HVAC

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience preferred; not required.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing and appliances.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain the community’s physical condition inside and out.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Complete service requests within 24 hours with care.
• Perform routine maintenance to keep systems running smoothly.
• Maintain curb appeal and grounds; assist with on-call duties as needed.
• Keep inventory of parts and coordinate with vendors.
