Job Description

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

• Prepare apartments for move-in, including painting, repairs, cleaning, and general maintenance.
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident requests.
• Possess knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and snow removal.
• Maintain grounds, amenities, and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Participate in on-call scheduling for emergencies.
• Report maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Perform scheduled maintenance tasks.
• Follow fair housing laws and safety procedures.
• Attend required training and perform duties timely.
• Deliver superior customer service and maintain professional appearance.
• Ensure safety and proper use of tools and equipment.
• Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Competencies

• Valid driver’s license, EPA 608 Type II, CPO certification.
• Ability to read manuals, safety rules, and instructions.
• Basic math skills and ability to interpret data.
• Problem-solving and common sense application.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Adherence to safety procedures.

Education & Experience

Work Environment & Physical Demands
