Job summary
Belmont Properties in Morgantown, WV is seeking Maintenance Technicians to keep our affordable housing communities safe, functional, and ready for new residents. 2+ years of general maintenance or building repairs and knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry basics are required.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a must. We offer bi-weekly pay of $20-$24/hour, bonuses and on-call stipend, health/dental/vision, life insurance, quarterly bonuses, tool allowance,
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in general maintenance or building repairs
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry basics
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Ability to safely operate tools, ladders, and equipment
Responsibilities
- Respond to work orders and resident repair requests
- Turn vacant units quickly and with high quality
- Handle general maintenance across HVAC, plumbing and electrical
- Complete scheduled preventive maintenance tasks
- Keep accurate logs using mobile tools like Yardi Breeze Premier
