Job summary

Vivmark Residential in Boston seeks a Maintenance Technician to address resident service requests, perform hands-on maintenance, and ensure market-ready apartments. You will also handle preventative maintenance and keep the grounds in good order.

Required are a High School diploma, ability to troubleshoot plumbing/electrical systems, knowledge of housing laws, and a valid driver’s license. Weekend/on-call work may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Promptly address resident service requests and perform hands-on maintenance.
• Prepare market-ready apartments and maintain grounds and common areas.
• Conduct regular inspections and report repairs or replacements as needed.
• Respond to emergencies after hours and on weekends when on call.
