Job summary
Kane Realty Corporation in Raleigh, NC seeks a full-time Maintenance Technician to support Platform and Oldham & Worth properties. You will perform maintenance across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, painting, HVAC and make-ready units for new move-ins.
Responsibilities include 24-hour emergency maintenance, weekend availability, preventative tasks, grounds work, pool maintenance, and coordinating special projects with the maintenance supervisor or property manager.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous maintenance experience in multi-family housing.
- HVAC Certification (CFC) & CPO.
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass pre-employment criminal history & drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting tasks.
- Repair showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and exteriors.
- Make ready units for new move-ins.
- Maintain, repair and replace HVAC systems.
- 24-hour emergency maintenance (pre-scheduled).
- Weekend availability as needed.
- Perform preventative maintenance activities.
- Grounds maintenance and light landscaping.
- Pool maintenance.
- Coordinate special projects with maintenance supervisor or property manager.
