Job summary

ONYX Multifamily Group in Tyler, TX is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance operations at The Finley, our multifamily community. • Experience in basic maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and general upkeep.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Strong communication and safety compliance.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests within 24 hours.
• Handle emergency maintenance issues safely and promptly.
• Perform routine inspections and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and other systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections of HVAC, roofs, lighting, and common areas.
• Make-ready units and ensure move-in readiness (approx. 5 per week).
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory.
