Job summary

TIPTON ASSET GROUP is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician in Tyler, TX for a 104-unit property. You will maintain the overall maintenance and appearance of the community for current and prospective residents.

Responsibilities include on-call 24-hour emergencies, grounds work, and hands-on maintenance across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and preventative tasks. High school diploma and HVAC certification required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Multifamily experience and HVAC certification required.
• Provide/use of own tools required.
• Must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors and maintenance staff.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Being on-call for 24-hour maintenance emergencies.
• Grounds work such as trash pick-up and light landscaping.
• Assisting with maintenance: Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and preventative.
