Job summary

Plastinove Inc. is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician / Machine Operator to support daily manufacturing operations. This role blends machine operation with facility maintenance to keep production running efficiently.

The ideal candidate will operate injection molding equipment, monitor performance, troubleshoot and repair machinery, and perform preventative maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. A strong work ethic is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience operating industrial or manufacturing equipment.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery.
• Experience with injection molding equipment is preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to perform both maintenance and production duties.
