ESFM USA is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for MEP roles based in Greencastle, PA. The position offers multiple shifts (7:00 AM–3:30 PM; other evening shifts) with a fixed pay rate of $34.00 per hour.

• Performs routine maintenance, inspections, lubrication, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Reads and transmits detailed instructions verbally and in writing.
• Reviews work of outside vendors and makes punch lists.
• Maintains logs, completes work orders, tests and inspections.

We have an opening for full time MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN MEP positions.

Location: 121 Commerce Ave Greencastle, PA 17225 Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full time schedule. Multiple shifts available. More details during interview.

• 1st shift; 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday.
• 2nd shift: Monday - Friday
• 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM

Requirement: At least 3 years of maintenance technician experience in a mechanical, electrical, or plumbing environment is required.

Fixed Pay Rate: $34.00 per hour.

Performs a variety of skilled maintenance duties to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility systems and equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assists in making decisions on all normal and complex repairs; reports major problems to the maintenance supervisor and foreman.
• Constructs, finishes, installs, maintains and repairs minor electrical and mechanical systems, or the facilities of any related systems, using power and hand tools and other necessary equipment.
• Performs routine maintenance, inspection, cleaning, lubrication, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and other building systems and equipment within their level of training, skills, and qualifications.
• Reads, comprehends and transmits complicated detailed instructions verbally and in writing.
• Reviews work of outside vendors and licensed maintenance workers; makes punch lists.
• Reports on and repairs discrepancies as assigned.
• Analyzes and corrects complex building system problems, alone or as part of a team.
• Maintains logs, performs rounds and completes work orders, tests and inspections.
• Makes recommendations for modification or improvement of preventive maintenance systems.
• Serves as a member of facility emergency response team.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Skilled trade school or maintenance vocational schooling is preferred.
• Two to five years of experience as a maintenance technician in a commercial setting in a maintenance discipline.

Must have the following
