Job summary

Argus Dental & Vision, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support repair, upkeep, and performance of our plant equipment and company vehicles in a startup production environment.

The role works with the Maintenance Supervisor to keep operations safe and efficient. Requirements include 5+ years of maintenance experience, strong mechanical troubleshooting, and the ability to safely operate tools; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience (vehicles/heavy equipment preferred).
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to safely operate tools and equipment.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment and vehicle issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and part replacements.
• Assist with electrical, plumbing, and basic fabrication (welding/cutting).
• Maintain parts inventory and notify leadership of supply needs.
• Work with production teams to minimize downtime.
• Follow all safety, quality, and company standards.
• Assist in other areas as necessary in a startup production plant.

What You’ll Do

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Full-time | Monday–Friday
• Overtime and occasional weekends as needed
