The team emphasizes learning and safety while performing routine maintenance and basic repairs under supervision. The ideal candidate has 2 years of experience in maintenance within manufacturing, familiarity with basic tools, and welding experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience in tire recycling or manufacturing is a plus.
• Familiarity with basic tools and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks, following established procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve simple equipment malfunctions under supervision.
• Assist with routine preventive maintenance inspections and tasks as scheduled.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Report any issues or defects to the senior mechanic or supervisor.
• Assist with ordering parts and materials for minor repairs.
• Support the team with inventory management and parts verification.
• Follow all safety policies and regulations.
