Job summary

Birgo Realty is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician who specializes in masonry to join our mission-driven apartment team. This full-time, year-round role will bring masonry in-house and support turnover work across our communities in Western New York.

You will travel to 14 Birgo properties, perform exterior masonry tasks, brick repair, tuckpointing, waterproofing, and in-unit repairs, with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule and competitive hourly pay of $26–$28 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Personal, reliable mode of transportation.
• Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance.
• Safely utilize power tools.
• Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-house masonry capabilities.
• Perform skilled exterior and structural work, including brick repair, tuckpointing, and waterproofing.
• Turnovers/make-readies.
• In-unit repairs such as drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or HVAC.
• Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate.

Birgo is a mission-driven apartment management company dedicated to improving lives through real estate. We're looking for a Floating Maintenance Technician who specializes in Masonry. This is a full-time, year-round position. In the past, we've contracted out masonry work. Now we want to bring it in-house. Outside of masonry, this person will turn over units and complete work orders in apartments.

Locations

This tech floats to any of the 14 communities in North Tonawanda, Buffalo, Hamburg, and Lockport.

Schedule

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
