Job summary

Eaton’s Worcester, MA site seeks a Maintenance Technician to maintain the plant, building, and equipment. You will perform repairs, use machine tools, and conduct basic preventative maintenance while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

The role requires hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, with strong mechanical and electrical knowledge and the ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Shift is 5:30am-2:00pm; benefits and company programs are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years working experience in Maintenance role in a manufacturing environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• No relocation benefit is offered; within 50-mile radius of Worcester MA only; no immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment and perform housekeeping using 5S principles.
• Assist team to achieve plant and department goals.
• Assist with on-the-job training and continuous improvement.
• Promote Eaton’s goals and continuous improvement through teamwork.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Knowledge of fall protection and working at heights requirements.
