Job summary

MiTek is seeking a Machine Maintenance Technician to maintain and troubleshoot production equipment including stamping presses, conveyors, and handling systems. You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime, safety, quality, and productivity.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, with two years of industrial maintenance experience preferred, and technical training in related fields is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; two years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Technical training in mechanical/industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Install and troubleshoot new equipment as directed.
• Maintain maintenance records and work orders in company systems.
• Maintain safety compliance including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
