Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or technical school, or five years related experience.
• Must be able to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Experience with PLC programming is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair stamping equipment to ensure operations.
• Perform preventative maintenance on plant equipment to maximize productivity.
• Focus on productivity improvements through machine, material, or process enhancements.
• Install and troubleshoot new equipment as directed.
• Maintain regular shift attendance and overtime as required.
