Maintenance Technician (NIGHT SHIFT) - Near the Warner Robins, GA area

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment and systems.
• Interpret and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
• Conduct inspections and tests to ensure proper functioning of machinery and equipment.
• Document maintenance activities and procedures for compliance and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in mechanics preferred. Hourly rate depending on experience ($30/hr-$40/hr).
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Technician or similar role in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance best practices.
• Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
