Qualifications

• Process maintenance service requests and keep daily reviews to serve residents promptly.
• Distribute materials and equipment, keeping records for the Property Manager.
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds, manage make-ready of vacant apartments.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
