The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in property maintenance and may hold HVAC or related certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of property maintenance or related field experience.
• HVAC certification or CPO (or other trades) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and prioritize emergencies; complete repairs in key maintenance areas.
• Perform make-ready procedures to ensure move-in ready units within 7 days of vacancy.
• Maintain safety and compliance with OSHA and property policies; keep accurate maintenance records.
• Interacting with residents and property staff in a professional manner and communicating status of work orders.
