Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance/repair experience and skilled in one or many of the areas noted above
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must have a stable work history and solid references
• A minimum of a high school diploma is required, but some college or advanced training is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with property maintenance and repairs across plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, and equipment
• Perform snow removal and furniture assembly; conduct preventative maintenance
• Maintain a friendly, courteous attitude when interacting with residents, families and guests
