Job summary
Autumn Lake Healthcare in Cherry Hill is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team and support residents and staff on-site. You will perform routine preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate repairs to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in maintenance, with knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, HVAC, painting, and related tools.
Qualifications
- Past experience as a Maintenance Technician preferred.
- Prior experience in a Long Term Care setting preferred.
- Knowledge of plumbing, painting, electrical, carpentry and HVAC required.
