Hampton Square Apartments in Cherry Hill, NJ, is seeking a skilled Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician. You will proactively maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances, while performing routine upkeep like painting and carpentry to ensure high-quality living spaces.

Responsibilities include timely responses to resident requests, maintaining common areas, and participating in an on-call rotation for emergencies. A HS diploma or GED and dependability are required.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in apartment or residential maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.

• Proactively maintain, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical issues, and appliances.
• Perform routine maintenance such as painting, carpentry, and drywall repair.
• Respond promptly to resident service requests.
• Ensure common areas and grounds are clean, safe, and maintained.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.
