Complete Care at Berkshire in Reading, PA is hiring a Maintenance Technician. The role covers building upkeep, safety checks, and routine maintenance tasks from 8:00 to 4:30, supporting a caring healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to for small fixes, handy helps, and practical magic throughout the facility
• Assist the Maintenance Director in keeping everything running smoothly
• Perform regular maintenance rounds with a keen eye for detail
• Pitch in with seasonal projects and special improvements
• Help ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards (and lend a smile while doing it!)
