Job summary

EveryAge is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Providence Place team in High Point, NC. This full-time role requires hands-on maintenance, repairs, and proactive care to keep the healthcare facility safe, comfortable, and running smoothly for residents and staff.

You’ll perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and plastering tasks, respond to maintenance requests, and help maintain buildings and grounds with dependable teamwork.

Qualifications

• One year of long-term care experience required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
