Complete Care at Berkshire in Reading, PA is hiring a Maintenance Technician to handle small fixes, routine upkeep, and safety checks. You will support the Maintenance Director and perform regular rounds to keep the facility in tip-top condition.

Ideal candidates have basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and painting skills. Training is provided, with a friendly team committed to comfort, dignity, and community.

What You'll Do:

• Be the go-to for small fixes, handy helps, and practical magic throughout the facility
• Assist the Maintenance Director in keeping everything running smoothly.
• Perform regular maintenance rounds with a keen eye for detail
• Pitch in with seasonal projects and special improvements
• Help ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards (and lend a smile while doing it!)

What You Bring:

• Must have knowledge or basic electric, basic plumbing, basic HVAC, basic indoor painting (especially in healthcare or similar environments) is a plus - but we're willing to train the right, enthusiastic person!
