KMG Prestige is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Centerline, MI at Lawrence Park Apartments. The role focuses on timely service requests, apartment turns, and overall property maintenance.

The ideal candidate has basic HVAC knowledge and experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repair. You will use hand and power tools and participate in on-call rotation to support resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with plumbing, electrical, and drywall.
• Appliance repair skills.
• Prior experience with basic residential repairs.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment, and more.
• Ability to safely use lawncare and snow removal equipment.
• Available for emergency on-call.

Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the overall maintenance of the property, service requests, apartment turns, and emergency on-call.
