Qualifications

• Able to safely use hand and power tools and mechanical equipment.
• Able to safely operate lawncare and snow removal equipment.
• Available for emergency on-call rotations.

KMG Prestige is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Centerline, MI at Lawrence Park Apartments who enjoys new challenges, takes pride in their work, and is detail oriented. The ideal candidate will strive to create happy residents through providing superior customer service and timely service requests. Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the overall maintenance of the property, service requests, apartment turns, and emergency on-call.
