KMG Prestige is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our North Branch, MI property. The role involves maintenance of the property, handling service requests, performing apartment turns, and taking emergency on-call shifts.

Attention to detail and a commitment to resident satisfaction are essential. The ideal candidate will have basic HVAC knowledge and hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repairs.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge and basic home repair skills are required.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical work, and drywall is preferred.
• Able to safely use hand and power tools and repair appliances.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property systems and respond to service requests.
• Perform apartment turns and coordinate with residents.
• Respond to emergency on-call as needed.
