The role involves routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and timely response to maintenance requests and emergencies.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of maintenance experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining clear maintenance records.

Qualifications

• 1 year of maintenance experience or similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose issues independently.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks, such as cleaning equipment, painting, checking and replacing filters, and inspecting systems for proper operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems as needed.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned
