Arlington Properties is hiring a Maintenance Service Technician at the 10x Retreat at PCB in Panama City Beach, FL. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and keeping apartments and common areas running smoothly, you’ll be a vital part of our team.

Responsibilities include prepping vacants, handling work orders, light plumbing/electrical, HVAC support, grounds upkeep, and on-call maintenance. EPA certification and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualificações

• 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.)
• EPA certification required
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and reliable transportation

Responsabilidades

• Prep vacant apartments to market-ready condition
• Handle work orders with skill and urgency
• Perform general maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, and appliance repair
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and inviting
• Support preventative maintenance and inspections
• Stay on-call for emergency maintenance needs
