Qualifications

• Associate degree or 5+ years in mechanical maintenance or industrial field.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to work any shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient in problem solving, communication and teamwork.
• Familiarity with PLCs and control systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant equipment and perform preventative maintenance as directed.
• Respond quickly to downtime, troubleshoot issues and minimize downtime.
• Monitor processes for potential failures and report to supervisor.
• Maintain work order processes and assist in inventory upkeep.
• Work overtime, additional shifts, holidays, and weekends as scheduled.
