Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of industrial maintenance experience or a technical certificate in lieu of experience.
• Associate degree or technical training is a +.
• Experience reading electrical diagrams and blueprints.
• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Welding, fabrication and machining skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair plant machinery, equipment, facilities, and structures.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Interpret electrical diagrams and blueprints; operate tools and shop equipment.
• Identify problems early to minimize downtime.
• Support continuous improvement and safety standards.
