Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3+ years in industrial maintenance preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic instruments safely.
• Experience with automated manufacturing machinery and CMMS.
• Good communication and collaboration with production teams.
• Second shift ability to troubleshoot independently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
• Maintain packaging and sealing systems and associated drives.
• Troubleshoot motor circuits, PLC I/O, sensors, and HMI alarms.
• Maintain freezer handling equipment and coordinate with qualified service providers.
• Document work orders and spare-parts usage in the CMMS; support reliability improvements.
• Coach operators in approved routine equipment care and early identification of abnormal conditions.
