Job summary

The Springs Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our community safe, comfortable, and beautiful for residents and guests. You will work hands-on to maintain buildings, equipment, and grounds while supporting a collaborative maintenance team.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance across apartments, common areas, HVAC, pool, and kitchen spaces, plus safe operation of tools and vehicles. Join us to contribute to a positive, resident-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience is preferred.
• Skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills for work orders and communications.
• Dependable, adaptable, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior areas including lawns, beds, walkways, and parking lots.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance across apartments, common areas, HVAC, pool, fitness and kitchen spaces.
• Safely operate, store and track maintenance tools and supplies.
• Support the Director of Plant Operations with daily needs and project planning.
• Safely drive community vehicles as needed and respond to requests promptly.
• Maintain safety protocols and engage residents, staff and families professionally.
• Attend trainings and meetings to contribute to a positive team environment.
