Job summary

Oakwood Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Highpoint on Columbus Commons in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on keeping facilities safe, functional, and well-maintained with hands-on technical work.

You will perform routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and support installation of new equipment, while ensuring safety and compliance. Strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing knowledge is required, along with reliable teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to work occasional shifts or be on-call as needed.
• Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., HVAC, electrical) are a plus.

Responsibilities
