Job summary

Qualifications
- Must have proven maintenance experience in building systems.
- Solid knowledge of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Good communication and teamwork.
- Must be able to be on-call occasionally.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment and facility issues
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and inspections
- Assist in installation and setup of new equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Collaborate with the team to support overall facility operations
