Qualifications

• Maintenance Technicians perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler systems, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cords.
• Maintain positive communication with local fire marshal, building inspector and jurisdictions governing the community.
