Custom Flavors is hiring a Maintenance Technician to keep our new state-of-the-art production facility running safely and efficiently. You’ll perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and support facility upkeep while collaborating with operators and vendors.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, experience with mechanical and electrical systems, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years industrial or food manufacturing maintenance preferred.
• Electrical certification or training preferred.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to read schematics and blueprints.

Aufgaben

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or operational issues and perform repairs as needed.
• Assist with equipment installation, setup, and improvements.
• Conduct general facility maintenance including cleaning, painting, and minor carpentry.
