Baker Engineering, LLC seeks a Junior Maintenance Technician to support daily maintenance in our manufacturing facility. Under guidance, you will perform preventive maintenance, basic repairs, and shop upkeep to keep equipment and areas safe and functional.
This role emphasizes hands-on mechanical work, learning, reliability, and teamwork. Training on Lockout/Tagout and safety practices will be provided, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement.

The Junior Maintenance Technician supports the day-to-day maintenance needs of the manufacturing operation and facility. Working under the direction of the Lead Maintenance Technician and site leadership, this position performs routine preventive maintenance, minor equipment repairs, basic troubleshooting, facility upkeep, and general handyman-type tasks. The role is intended for someone with good mechanical ability who is willing to learn, take ownership of assigned work, and help keep the shop safe, organized, and operational. Complex CNC repairs and advanced diagnostics will be supported or led by the Lead Maintenance Technician or an outside service provider.
