Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain the property's grounds
• Prepare apartments (punching and painting)
• Manage work order tickets
• Respond to on-call maintenance emergencies
• Handle special property projects
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license required
• Reliable vehicle
• EPA Certification is beneficial
• Background and drug screening required
