Compensation:

This position offers hourly pay, with an anticipated range of $36.30 to $48.41 per hour.

Position Overview:

Join us in Gresham, Oregon at 3675 NE Hogan Drive! We are seeking experienced maintenance technicians.

You Will:

Serve as the subject matter expert on automated material handling and building systems, supporting the Distribution Center’s goals. Provide technical expertise, troubleshooting, and solutions for mechanical, electrical, and operational controls to maximize system uptime. Report to a Facilities Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Respond 24/7 to complex system issues involving automated sortation and controls (EMS, WCS, Sort Director, EWM, hardware, software) and material handling equipment like AS/RS, conveyors, and automated machines.
• Assist with infrastructure upgrades and asset modifications/repairs.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system components, including PLCs, drives, motors, sensors, and power distribution.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to resolve problems with innovative solutions.
• Be available for a 24-hour on-call rotation.
• Conduct audits and quality checks on equipment and systems.
• Analyze and report on system performance using data visualization tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Technical degree or Bachelor's in Engineering.
• At least 5 years of maintenance experience, with 2 years in automated systems.
• Technical training in electronic controls, power distribution, and PLC troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with electrical testing tools, hand tools, and schematics.
• Ability to read MEP drawings and schematics.
• Knowledge of electrical codes (NEC, BOCA, UBC), MSDS, OSHA.
• Expertise in automated material handling systems and PLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley).
• Understanding of power distribution and control circuits, and experience with network protocols like ProfiBus, ASiBus, CanBus.
• Experience with thermal imaging and AC drives.
