Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus recognized craft apprenticeship or equivalent maintenance experience.
• Valid Class A CDL license.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial systems.
• Basic PLC and HVAC knowledge preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair facility systems, equipment, and machinery across company locations.
• Perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance to minimize downtime and keep operations running safely.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Read blueprints, schematics, equipment manuals, and work orders.
• Complete general facility and construction projects (drywall, painting, flooring, tile work, cabinetry, repairs).
• Outdoor and property maintenance (snow removal, salting, mowing, brush cutting, lot cleaning, skid loader work).
• Operate hand tools, power tools, electrical meters, and material-handling equipment.
• Prioritize maintenance based on safety and urgency.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas following procedures.
• Identify and communicate repair or safety concerns to leadership.
• Assist with site projects as needed.
