Job summary

R4058APC seeks a Maintenance Technician in Arion, IA to ensure daily, safe, efficient operations of plant equipment in line with policies. Responsibilities include maintenance, repairs, and construction support of production facilities, plumbing, electrical and mechanical tasks.

The role requires reading schematics/diagrams and operating CMMS while following safety rules. Wages start at $27+ per hour with benefits, sign-on bonus, PTO, holidays and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associates or bachelor's preferred.
• Experience with equipment maintenance; 3–5 years in industrial electrical, welding or plumbing preferred.
• Certifications: OSHA 10, CMRT or welding certifications often desired.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and P&IDs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain and repair plant machinery to ensure safe operations.
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems, pumps, valves and motors.
• Repair pipes, fittings and fixtures and perform building repairs as needed.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, company vehicle and hand tools.
