Job summary

Nexus Circular is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance department by performing routine maintenance, diagnosing equipment faults, and repairing machinery to minimize downtime.

You will work under the Materials Manager, collaborating with production teams and vendors to keep equipment running smoothly and safely. A strong background in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as industrial maintenance or electrical/mechanical engineering.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on machinery, equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues.
• Test and calibrate equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Conduct major repairs and overhauls as needed.
• Support maintenance vendors during visits and coordinate parts usage.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records in CMMS.
• Coordinate tasks with production to minimize downtime.
