Job summary

Nexus Employment Solutions Plus is seeking a Maintenance Technician – Electrical & Mechanical for a manufacturing facility. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing industrial equipment, maintaining electrical and mechanical systems, and supporting safe, reliable production operations.

The candidate will work with 3-phase systems up to 450V–480V, perform preventive maintenance, and follow strict LOTO procedures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in industrial maintenance in manufacturing.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with 3-phase systems up to 450V–480V.
• Strong mechanical maintenance and repair skills.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and manuals to guide repairs.
• Lockout/Tagout procedures before maintenance and servicing.
• Assist with installations, modifications, and upgrades as needed.
• Document maintenance activities, parts usage, and issues.
