Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Craft apprenticeship or equivalent technical training preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair facility systems, equipment, and machinery across company locations.
• Perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and work orders.
• Complete general facility projects (drywall, painting, flooring, tile work, cabinetry, structural repairs).
• Perform outdoor and property maintenance (snow removal, mowing, lot cleaning, etc.).
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, meters, and material-handling equipment.
• Prioritize maintenance needs based on safety, urgency, and impact.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas; follow safety procedures.
• Identify and communicate repair, safety, or security concerns to leadership.
• Assist with site construction and other facility projects as needed.
