• Hourly Pay $28.00+ per hour, based on experience
• Schedule: First and Second shift: 2 days on first shift 5:00 am - 3:30 pm and 2 days on second shift 4:00 pm - 2:30 am (flexibility required)

Requirements

• Vocational or technical certification in a related field or 3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of 480 volts and pneumatic equipment (intermediate level)
• Working knowledge of computer-based equipment maintenance and parts inventory systems (intermediate)
• Independent problem-solving capability (intermediate)
• Ability to use PLC and HMI programming software; experience with Allen Bradley, Ignition, and Wonderware preferred (intermediate)
• Understanding of 24VDC control systems, photoelectric & proximity sensors (intermediate)
• Experience with programming/troubleshooting servo and stepper motors and related software (intermediate)
• Ability to troubleshoot/program barcode scanners and vision systems (intermediate)
• Knowledge of warehouse maintenance safety procedures, including Lock Out Tag Out, fall restraint, and forklift/MHE safety (intermediate)
• Knowledge of operating MHE such as forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, etc. (intermediate)
• Ability to work independently and safely, including at heights

Responsibilities

• Ensure PM entries are complete and accurate in software
• Utilize computerized maintenance management systems effectively
• Maintain and manage spare parts and inventory
• Participate in developing and improving maintenance policies and procedures
• Keep maintenance areas clean and organized
• Ensure compliance with GMPs
• Establish work schedules aligned with operational demands
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Participate actively in safety and Lean programs, supporting Ryder's culture
